Legal filings, financial reports, e-commerce stores, academic records, and business communications in 90+ languages. Based in Baltimore, MD.
Two completed projects with enough detail to show how we work.
Marfield Capital Group was closing a commercial property acquisition in Dubai. The deal required a full translation of the 200-page English master agreement into Arabic for UAE regulatory filing within 4 business days. A general translation vendor had already been turned down by the client's Dubai legal team for inaccurate rendering of the liability caps and force majeure clauses -- sections where precise wording has direct financial consequence.
We assigned a legal translator with Arabic-English background in commercial property law and UAE regulatory filing conventions. The translator and reviewer were given specific instructions on the two flagged clause areas. Each clause was cross-referenced against standard UAE commercial agreement terminology. The client received a review-package delivery on day 3 with clause-by-clause notes on any departure from the source language.
Luminate Goods was expanding their Shopify store into Germany, France, and Italy simultaneously. Their product line had 340 SKUs, each with product descriptions, technical specs, shipping information, and a return policy. Their internal team had used automated translation tools for a test batch and found that the German product descriptions in particular had generated negative customer comments about language quality in a focus group.
We assigned three separate specialist teams -- one per target market -- each with consumer goods and copywriting backgrounds in their respective language. Rather than translating the English descriptions word-for-word, each team was briefed on the product positioning, target customer, and brand voice before writing. German product descriptions were rewritten to match German consumer expectations around technical detail and directness. French and Italian versions adapted the brand personality accordingly.
"We needed a 200-page English-to-Arabic contract translated in 4 days for a deal closing in Dubai. Translate Me Now delivered on day 3 with a review package that our legal team could actually work from."
"Our Shopify store went into German, French, and Italian simultaneously. Every product description and shipping policy read like a native team wrote it for each market. Our German conversion rate improved 28% by month two."
"Immigration lawyers recommended them for my daughter's university transcript and diploma translation. The university accepted them without a single query. Took four business days."
"We file in seven jurisdictions. Translate Me Now handles our quarterly financial disclosures for three of them. Accurate terminology, consistent formatting across all filings, zero complaints from local regulators."
Four principles that separate a good translation outcome from a mediocre one. We apply all four as standard, not as an upgrade.
About UsLegal, financial, and academic documents often need certified translation statements that hold up in court, with immigration authorities, or at universities. We issue them as standard on qualifying documents.
A contracts lawyer-linguist is not the same as a financial-sector translator or an e-commerce copywriter-localizer. We match the document type to the right specialist background every time.
You see the price, the word count confirmation, and the delivery date before we begin. We do not adjust invoices after delivery for scope reasons that should have been visible at intake.
Primary translator produces the draft. An independent second reviewer checks it against the source document. Not every job needs both passes -- ours do.
Upload your file through our secure intake form after checkout. Include language pair, intended use, and any deadline.
We verify word count, confirm the specialist assignment, and lock the delivery date before any translation begins.
Assigned translator works the document. Independent reviewer checks it against the source. Any discrepancies resolved before delivery.

Yes, for documents that require it. The certified translation add-on provides a signed statement of accuracy from the translator, suitable for legal proceedings, immigration filings, and university applications. For notarization, we prepare the package for a notary public in your jurisdiction but do not ourselves notarize.
All translators are under confidentiality agreements covering every project. We do not use submitted documents for any purpose other than the translation. For clients with additional requirements, we offer a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement add-on before project start. Our file handling complies with standard professional data handling practices.
