By accessing translatemenow.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all translation and localization services provided by Translate Me Now, 515 Rappolla St, Baltimore, MD 21224, USA.
Translate Me Now provides professional translation and localization services for legal documents, business communications, e-commerce content, financial documents, and academic credentials. All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped. Services are provided in exchange for payment processed through Stripe.
Orders are placed through our website and paid via Stripe Checkout. Payment is processed in USD. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge displayed on the Stripe checkout page, which reflects the server-side recalculated total including your selected package, add-ons, and consultation hours. You agree that the displayed total is what will be charged.
Payment confirmation does not constitute commencement of translation. Translation begins after the project intake form is returned and the source document is received and verified.
After payment, we send a project intake form within one business day. You must return the intake form and source document within 14 days. If no intake form is returned within 14 days, the project may be cancelled per our Refund Policy. Word count and scope are confirmed from your source document. If actual word count differs significantly from your package capacity, we will notify you and provide an adjusted quote before beginning.
Delivery timelines are confirmed after intake and before translation begins. Timelines count from the date we receive and verify your source document, not from the payment date. Delivery is to the email address provided at checkout. Refer to our Delivery Policy for complete delivery terms.
Revision rounds are included per package: Express (1 round), Professional (2 rounds), Authority (unlimited within 90 days). A revision addresses accuracy issues in the delivered translation relative to the source document. Changes to the source content after delivery are scoped as new work and quoted separately. Revision requests must be submitted in writing to hello@translatemenow.com within the revision window from delivery date.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete source documents. You warrant that you have the right to authorize translation of the submitted materials. You are responsible for informing us of any specific terminology requirements, style guides, or intended use cases that should influence the translation approach. We are not liable for inaccurate translation resulting from incomplete, illegible, or ambiguous source materials.
Upon delivery and payment in full, you own the translated materials. You grant us no rights to your source materials beyond the scope of completing the translation. We retain no right to use your documents or their contents for any other purpose.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at translatemenow.com/refund-policy.
Our liability for any claim arising from a translation project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages including lost business, missed deadlines caused by circumstances outside our control, or regulatory decisions made on the basis of a translated document. We recommend legal review of any translated documents before use in legal proceedings or regulatory filings.
Professional translation is not a substitute for legal advice. Certified translation means a translator attests to the accuracy of the translation, not that it constitutes legal counsel. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or academic advisory services.
We treat all client documents as confidential. Source and translated materials are not shared beyond the assigned translator and proofreader. Both are bound by confidentiality agreements. We do not retain documents beyond the operational period described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baltimore, Maryland.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
